Biography:

The diverse ecology of the sunshine coast inspires the artist to create mainly mixed medium contemporary/expressionistic work using line/mark-making as a means of conveying feelings.  Each piece influenced by the inner soul and visual memory.  Using stages from freely expressed to controlled and focused.

Statement:

The artist is also a part-time teacher of art and art history with the Noosa Art Group.  As part of her research and development she spent the month of May 2016 on an Artists' Residency in Arita Japan.  Maily working with Procelain but also travelling in Japan researching artwork.

During August 2017 she will be touring her birthplace of Ireland; from North to South visiting artists studios and involved in an artists' Residency with William J Mullan.
